Printing BYO Items

We provide screen printing, embroidery and DTF transfers services on BYO stock. For all other print methods, BYO apparel is supplied at the customer's risk.

We cannot guarantee the outcome of printing on BYO products due to fabric types and styles, it's best to do a sample and test the print to ensure stability on the fabric.

Whilst print errors are rare, please note that if a print or production error occurs on BYO apparel or stock, replacement items cannot be sourced by our team and will not be reimbursed.

If you have concerns regarding BYO apparel or stock, it is suggested that you instead choose items from Mabuzi's product range, as replacements can be sourced for these items in the unlikely event of an error.

While we don't accept responsibilty for errors when printing, decorating or even relabelling BYO items, we endeavour to do the best on every job and when a mistake happens, we do our best to resolve the issue.
