• Mabuzi's Quality Guarantee
At Mabuzi we’re so confident that you’ll love your garments, that we’re willing to put it in writing! If you experience problems or quality issues with your print(s) due to an error on our behalf, give us a call. We have a great history of solving any problems that may arise with our print methods, and will happily re-print or replace the garments at no cost to you if we deem this the most appropriate solution to your problem.
• Our Refunds & Exchange Policy
We're so sure you'll be thrilled with the quality of your shirt and print that we're willing to offer a refund or replacement if your garments are returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags attached within 7 days of receiving your goods. In the unlikely event that you're not absolutely delighted with your custom printed garment, give us a call and we'll do what we can to ensure you walk away happy.
Please note: Mabuzi does not offer refunds on the t-shirt lab where the incorrect choice of t-shirt and/or print has been made. Please be aware that on-screen colours are never 100% true to life and, as such, if the t-shirt colour does not match your computer screen setup exactly Mabuzi are unable to refund your purchase.

• Our Sampling Policy
You may view samples of our blank garments, plus examples of previous prints and print services at our showroom. If you require a printed sample, we can provide this service; however, please be aware that samples will be charged at $60 each ex GST in addition to the applicable setup fee for your chosen print method (eg. sample fee + screen set-up cost = total sample cost).
• Copyright
At Mabuzi we are unable to print intellectual property or copyrighted materials where written consent by the copyright holder has not been provided.
However, as we are unable to detect all instances of copyright breaches, we consider it our customers’ responsibility to ensure copyright is not breached before artwork is submitted for quotation or printing. If Mabuzi find that our customers do not hold the appropriate rights to the materials they wish to print, we reserve the right to refuse our services.

• Minimum Order Quantities
Please note that the minimum order quantities for various print methods are as follows:
Heat Press Vinyl Transfers - minimum of 10 units
Digital Transfers - minimum of 10 units
Direct Transfer Film Printing - minimum of 10 units
Direct To Garment Printing - minimum of 10 units
Screen Printing – minimum of 15 units
Embroidery – minimum of 15 units
Sublimation - minimum of 10 units
Small order fees apply to orders of less than 15 units.

• I don't have artwork ready. Can you help me?
Yes, we can. We have a qualified in-house graphic designer who is capable of bringing your ideas to fruition. Please see the Artwork & Design services page for more information on this service.
• Do you know of anywhere I can find free artwork?
In our T-Shirt Lab you can find various clip art images available free for your use (under the Artwork tab).
• Can I find suitable artwork on Google?
Yes, Google Images will return artwork suitable for printing – however, we will not accept images unless they are found with the “Large Images Only” option ticked on the results page. This will return images that are of a suitable resolution only. We also request that you please be wary of copyright breaches when taking images from the internet.
• Is there anything you can't or won't print?
Anything that breaches copyright, features pornographic imagery or incites violence will be deemed unsuitable for printing. Please be mindful that we make all of our custom t-shirts in our store and thus reserve the right to refuse artwork that is likely to offend our staff, or is unsuitable for the workplace we choose to create in.
• Do you provide blank templates and mock-ups for download?
Yes, we do! Jump on over to the mock-ups page to download Adobe Illustrator-ready PDF mock-up templates to use as your own personal canvas.
• Can I provide my own mock-up as a placement & print size guide?
Yes you can. We will use your mock-up as a reference for print size and position. But, please be aware that our production team will have the final say on whether or not your design is feasible from a physical printing perspective (sizing, seam placement, etc).

• How do I order a one-off t-shirt with my design?
Please see our Lab Assistant page for detailed instructions of how to complete your design through our lab. If you’re feeling impatient, you can also jump straight to the T-Shirt Lab and work it out as you go!
• How is it delivered?
For Australia-wide delivery we use Australia Express Post or Fastway service. The Express Post services starts at $11.00 for 1 to 3 items and $16.50 for 4-14 items and $18.50 for 5 or more items. The Fastway service starts
For overseas orders, we'll send them with Australia Post International air services.
• How much will it cost?
Your order cost will be calculated by the Lab automatically, based on the number of different artworks, print positions, your artwork sizes and number of garments in the order. Prices start at around $28.40 inc GST.
• How do I pay for my order?
If you place your order online, pay using the online payment gateway. If you don't have a credit card, save your artwork and you can pay by internet transfer or direct deposit into our bank account. We also provide the option for you to pay by phone.
• What garment options do you offer?
Please go to the T-Shirt Lab and click the “products” tab to view available colours, styles and sizes of garments. This page is updated as frequently as possible to reflect our current stock levels for these retail garments.
• Which garments are suitable for my specific demographic?
The mens & ladies lightweight t-shirts are an AS Colour style cut (longer body) with a fitted, lightweight feel. Sizing for these garments is made for the Australian market, but we do recommend you choose a size above if the recipient of the shirt is a little bulky, this should ensure a good fit.
Ladies Small corresponds to a size 8; Medium to a size 10; Large to a size 12; and Extra Large to a size 14.
All other garments are sized appropriately for a typical Australian demographic.
• Can I bring my own garment in for printing?
Yes, but you will not be able to place your order through the T-Shirt Lab if this is the case.

• Can you print onto children's t-shirts?
Yes, you will find a range of kids t-shirts available in our T-Shirt Lab.
• What kinds of stickers do you offer?
We offer a variety of different shaped stickers (circles, squares, rounded squares, stars, star bursts, ovals and bumper stickers) in sizes ranging from small (50mm diameter) to large (150mm diameter), excluding bumper stickers which range from 100x30mm to 280x80mm.
• How can I use stickers I buy from Mabuzi?
We print on sticker media that has been extensively tested on a variety of substrates and in a variety of conditions. Our sticker media can be applied easily to most substrates and removed cleanly up to one year after application. It is highly resistant to the weathering effects of humidity, moisture, extreme temperatures and solvents, making it ideal for effective indoor and outdoor promotion.
• How is pricing calculated with stickers?
Stickers are sold in set packs priced at $16.50 per pack. The quantity of stickers per pack depends on the size you select, as shown below:
Small - 30 stickers per pack;
Medium - 10 stickers per pack;
Large - 5 stickers per pack.
• How many colours can you print?
As many as you want! We can print anything from a simple one colour text print to a full-colour photographic image!
• Can you print on dark fabrics?
Yes we can! For best results we recommend you avoid any “fade-outs” where the edge of your print is intended to blend to the shirt colour, as this type of print can look a little odd when printed as a digital transfer.
• Can I upload my own design or photo?
Yes you can. For instructions, check out our Lab Assistant page.
• Do you have any designs that are pre-made & ready to order?

• What print process will be used for my order?
Full-colour artworks are printed as full-colour CAD-cut digital transfers, and one-colour text & simple images will be printed as single colour CAD-Cut vinyl transfers.
• Can your designer help me with my artwork?

• What's the minimum quantity for wholesale orders?
The minimum quantity for wholesale pricing is 15 units, with further price breaks at 26, 51, 101, 251, 500, 750 and 1000+ units.
• What print methods are offered for wholesale orders?
All of them! Screen Printing, Embroidery, Digital Transfers, Vinyl Transfers & Direct to Garment Printing- plus a few extra options are available, depending on your desired quantity & intended result!
• We're a not-for-profit organisation - do you offer discounts or sponsorship?
Mabuzi has a fantastic history of sponsoring local events & charities, Such as the Sydney Film Festival, Sydney Roller Derby League, Sculpture by the Sea & The Chalk Urban Art Festival.
If you wish to submit a proposal, feel free to forward it through to info@mabuzi.com. Please be aware that Mabuzi’s allocated sponsorship budget is in high demand and that preference is given to our long-standing clients, and to our existing commitment to the charities and events above. We do however, welcome new proposals & will inform you whether or not your application has been successful
• Can you offer competitive pricing on orders over 1,000 units?
Yes we can! Please submit a quote request, along with your artwork, print sizes, positions, quantity & desired garment brand, style and colour (if known) to info@mabuzi.com for a custom-tailored quotation. We frequently deal with large wholesale requests and are confident we can provide a competitive solution for your budget.
• Can you offer off-shore manufacture & printing?
Yes, we do offer this service. We’ve recently worked on a series of large-scale jobs and have coordinated off-shore production & printing solutions to ensure budgets and lead times are met.
