What types of T-shirts can I print on?
We print on our range of quality 100% cotton t-shirts for men and ladies. We also carry a range of children's and babies shirts which you may view at our showroom. If we don't stock the item you're looking for, contact us to see if we can get it in especially for you (minimum of 5 units may apply).
Are they decent quality?
Absolutely, you deserve only the best so all our t-shirts are of the highest quality 100% cotton, if you have any problems with our t-shirts, we want to know about it.
Does Mabuzi customise any other items like business shirts, caps or bags?
Yes, we have access to a vast range of T-shirts, business shirts, team wear, uniforms, caps, bags and other items. Just let us know what you're after and we'll help you find it.

T-shirt printing
What types of print services does Mabuzi offer?
You can choose from our wide range of print services including contour cut prints, full colour direct garment and transfer prints and screen printing.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the type of printing, for example, the minimum for screen printing is 26 but we can do one-offs with other types of printing. Just let us know how many you need and we'll work out the best type of printing for you.

How do I order an Authentic Mabuzi Custom T-shirt?
You can order your Authentic Mabuzi Custom T-shirt at our showroom in Broadway Shopping Centre, shop G13a OR you can order on-line in our T-shirt Lab.
How long will it take?
Your Authentic Mabuzi Custom T-shirt will usually be ready for collection or dispatched within 1 working day of confirming your order. This depends on quantities and print method. Photo's and uploaded artwork may take 1-5 days depending on artwork and print method.
How is it delivered?
Australia-wide delivery is by Express Post. For a limited time we're offering FREE SHIPPING for all on-line orders delivered within Australia.
For overseas orders, we'll send them with Australia Post International Air services.
How much will it cost?
Prices depend on what you're printing. Printed T's start at only $46.95 and that includes your first line of text. Additional lines are only $3.50 each. Don't forget that for a limited time you also get FREE SHIPPING on on-line orders delivered within Australia. Order now at the T-shirt lab.
How do I pay for it?
If you place your order online, pay using the online payment gateway. If you don't have a credit card, save your artwork and you can pay by internet transfer or direct deposit into our bank account.
What’s the refund/exchange policy at Mabuzi?
You'll be so pleased with the quality of your shirt and printing that we're willing to offer you a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on the quality of both the shirt and the printing. If you're not absolutely delighted with your shirt when you receive it, give us a call and we'll sort the problem out.
How many colours can I print?
You can print as many colours as you like.
Can I print on dark shirts?
Yes, absolutely.
Can I upload files or photo’s to be printed?
Yes. Mabuzi has launched a new t-shirt lab which allows uploading of your own artwork. It supports JPG, gif and PNG. Please make sure artwork is over 300kb in size. Photo's and uploaded artwork may take 1-5 days depending on artwork and print method.
Can you help me with designing the shirt?
Definitely, if you want help designing your t-shirt, just give us a call. We can usually put something together for you quite quickly and our design rates are very competitive.
What about copyright?
Please make sure that you don't breach anyone's copyright as it really is your responsibility. We will not print anything that is in breach of a copyright where we are aware of the breach.
Is there anything you won’t print?
Please don't ask us to print anything that incites violence or is deemed pornographic. We also prefer not to print profanities. If you're not sure, get in touch and we'll let you know.
Can I bring my own t-shirt?
You sure can – only catch is that you’ll need to drop it off at our showroom.
What about shirt sizes?
If you’re placing your order on-line you may view the chest measurement in cm by selecting the relevant shirt in the T-shirt Lab. You can also view our full range at our showroom.
Can I get a child or baby shirt made?
Our next version of the T-shirt Lab will include children's and babies' shirts.
How do I care for my Authentic Mabuzi Custom T-shirt?
For best results we recommend that you cold wash your T-shirt and line dry it. Please DON'T tumble dry or bleach it and always iron it inside out.

How do I get a quote?
Simply contact us and we’ll provide you with a quote.
What’s the lead time?
The lead time depends on your order. You could get a small run done in a few days and a larger run in about a week and a half. We're always happy to help out where we can with short lead times so please contact us if need something in a hurry.
Can I get samples?
You may view samples of our garments and print services at our showroom. We do offer samples for your designs so please contact us if you'd like more info on this service.
Does Mabuzi do any other promotional items?
